THE MARKET COMMON COMMUNITY
The Market Common is an upscale shopping, dining, entertainment, and living experience with a downtown feel. It offers quite an array of places to see and things to do. Located on the south end of Myrtle Beach, The Market Common boasts many residential options, from condos and townhomes, to a live works community and many residential neighborhoods.
The Residents and visitors of The Market Common are able to taking in much of this community’s beauty by venturing to the many of the recreational areas in and around the area. There walking areas, 4 different parks, one which includes multiple ball fields, a fitness center and Savannah’s Playground all located within the 220 acres.
It all was started with The Live and Work Condos that were built above the retail stores. This made it very convent for the residents, the shop owners and those that worked in the area. From there, The Market Common Community just continues to grow. Depending on what you decided, from the popular Cresswind Community, Emmens Preserve, even to the Sawgrass Charleston style row homes, you will not be disappointed on what neighborhood you decided to call home!
